It will be interesting to see how well Niche Site 1 works. It’s a site that won’t get updated with relevant content much, if at all, after its launch. The search engines won’t like that (from what I’ve read). Maybe it’s niche enough to still be found by users? Not sure. My guess is no but it’s just a sandbox so that’s okay.
